Pat Lewis created Independent Consulting Services (ICS) after many years of experience in the industry.

Pat Lewis
Pat Lewis has over 44 years of diversified experience in all phases of disaster restoration, loss damage assessment, estimating, general construction, and specialty construction, working for the insurance carrier and the private property owner. He has assessed and estimated building damages throughout the central and south eastern half of the United States as well as the Caribbean. Mr. Lewis has also qualified as an expert witness in court proceedings and has acted in capacity as both an appraiser and umpire in the insurance appraisal / arbitration process.
Jon Lewis
Jon has over 12 years of experience in building claim consulting for commercial, municipality, and residential insurance disasters. He has over 14 years of diversified experience in sales and in all phases of disaster restoration, loss damage assessment, estimating, and general construction, working for the insurance carrier and the property owner. Jon has assessed and estimated building damages throughout Florida and other states.
Isaac Lewis
Isaac Lewis has over 12 years of experience in building claim consulting for commercial, municipality, and residential insurance disasters. He has over 11 years of diversified experience in sales and in all phases of disaster restoration, loss damage assessment, estimating, and general construction, working for the insurance carrier and the property owner. Isaac has assessed and estimated building damages throughout Florida and other states.
Nick Cervellera
Nick lives in Orlando, with his wife and their 4 children. He began his professional career in the US Marine Corps and carried his “mission accomplishment” attitude across an undergrad degree at Southeastern University, MBA coursework at Norwich University, and 20 years of experience in Corporate Growth & Development. He has a love for Technical Delivery, Customer Relationship Management, and other geek-worthy pursuits!
Kevin Bryant
Kevin Bryant has over 20 years of experience in disaster recovery and restoration loss assessment, estimating replacement cost value and actual cost value, construction, mold and hazardous materials remediation, data analysis, etc. His experience also includes physical plant operations for a large commercial manufacturer, industrial engineering process analysis, timeline and critical path development, and production management.
