LCS provides accurate damage assessment for proper loss and damage scope and values with causations where policy provisions can be applied.

 

#2 Collection

Knowing which data should be collected is crucial for identifying necessary cost and scope in a loss claim. We determine which data is important for closing your file.

#3 Documentation

Documentation is the process step that occurs when LCS catalogues our findings by sorting all information to define and refine data for cost analysis.

#4 Analysis

Analysis includes statistical and logic analysis of facts & damages from all sources and compares them to our estimates of scope and damage to assure we’ve accounted for all relevant information.

#5 Qualification

Separate and dissect information for the application of policy conditions to assist the claims professional determination. This is the transitional step between volumes of information gathered and the closing of an insurance claim.

#6 Reporting

The summary of assessments, collection of data, documentation, analysis, and qualification allows the adjuster of record or council to apply insurance coverage by policy conditions.
