LCS provides accurate damage assessment for proper loss and damage scope and values with causations where policy provisions can be applied.
#2 Collection
Knowing which data should be collected is crucial for identifying necessary cost and scope in a loss claim. We determine which data is important for closing your file.
#3 Documentation
Documentation is the process step that occurs when LCS catalogues our findings by sorting all information to define and refine data for cost analysis.
#4 Analysis
Analysis includes statistical and logic analysis of facts & damages from all sources and compares them to our estimates of scope and damage to assure we’ve accounted for all relevant information.
#5 Qualification
Separate and dissect information for the application of policy conditions to assist the claims professional determination. This is the transitional step between volumes of information gathered and the closing of an insurance claim.
#6 Reporting
The summary of assessments, collection of data, documentation, analysis, and qualification allows the adjuster of record or council to apply insurance coverage by policy conditions.

Pat Lewis
CEO
Pat Lewis has over 40 years of diversified experience in all phases of disaster restoration, loss damage assessment, estimating, general construction, and specialty construction, working for the insurance carrier and the private property owner. Mr. Lewis has assessed and estimated building damages throughout the eastern half of the United States. Mr. Lewis has qualified as an expert witness in court proceedings and has acted in capacity as both an appraiser and umpire in the insurance appraisal / arbitration process.
Jon Lewis
Partner, Executive Senior Consultant
Jon Lewis has 14 years of experience between construction, damage estimation, site inspections, creation of presentations for claims support and legal litigation, audio / visual production, multimedia presentations, CAD drawings, video editing experience, and computer maintenance and software.
Isaac Lewis
Partner, Executive Senior Consultant
Isaac Lewis has 8 years of experience between construction, damage estimation, site inspection, creation of presentations for claims support and legal litigation, sales, account management, and customer service. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of North Florida.

Nick Cervellera lives in Orlando, with his wife and their 4 children. He began his professional career in the US Marine Corps and carried his “mission accomplishment” attitude across an undergrad degree at Southeastern University, MBA coursework at Norwich University, and 20 years of experience in Corporate Growth & Development. He has a love for Technical Delivery, Customer Relationship Management, and other geek-worthy pursuits!

Kevin Bryant has over 27 years of experience in physical plant operations for a large commercial manufacturer, industrial engineering process analysis, time line and critical path development, disaster recovery and restoration, loss assessment, estimating replacement cost value and actual cost value, construction, production management, mold and hazardous materials remediation, data analysis, etc.
